Diptica® Photo & Video is a production company based in Tenerife, Canary Islands, with our own fully equipped studio. We shoot advertising, portraits, macro, slow motion, underwater, and aerial, in stills and in motion, and we go wherever the job takes us.

Heading the studio is Emmanuel Avargués, a French photographer and filmmaker who turned professional at 17 and never looked back.

Oh, and please forgive his dark sense of humor. We've tried.

Because after 30 years in advertising, commercial, and corporate photography and video, we know exactly what it takes to make your project stand out. We've seen what works, what doesn't, and how to get there without wasting your time or budget.

We show up prepared, we deliver on time, and we don't cut corners. Ever.

Over 300 days of sunshine a year, and more landscapes than seems reasonable for a handful of volcanic rocks: deserts, volcanoes, cloud forests, black and golden beaches, and sea cliffs, all surrounded by a deep Atlantic. It's safe, it's reliable, and the light rarely lets you down.

The film industry noticed. Tenerife has become a favorite location for international films and series. The good news: you don't need a Hollywood budget to shoot where Hollywood shoots. That's where we come in.

And with frequent flights, we're a short hop from most of Europe and well connected to the Americas.

Before we touch a camera, we talk. What you need, what you're picturing, and what success looks like for you. That conversation is usually the difference between a good result and one you'll actually want to show people.

Photography and video are strange things to buy. You can't try them on, and you can't see the result until it exists. Our portfolio shows what we can do, but your project will be its own thing. So we talk it through, by phone, by email, or over coffee, until we're sure we're picturing the same thing.
