The recovery service is offered as a courtesy and depends on file availability. While we maintain long-term backups whenever possible, we make no guarantee regarding the retention or recovery of any files.Once first delivered, files are no longer Diptica® Photography & Video's responsibility to preserve.We strongly recommend that all delivered files are always securely backed up by the client.

FILE RECOVERY
PRICING

These prices apply to private or corporate clients, whether the assignment was paid, pro bono, TFP...and only to recovery of photographs or videos made by Diptica® Photo & Video (*).The recovery fee applies to the full set of files or any fraction from the same assignment, regardless of the number of images or videos.Recovery is free during the first 3 months from the date of file creation, either photos or videos.Past those 3 months, prices are as follows:Photos: 3€ for each month since the date of file creation.Videos: 12€ for each month since the date of file creation.Recovery fees are capped at 150€ for photos and 500€ for videos, regardless of how much time has passed.

Keeping that promise alive means real work behind the scenes: secure infrastructure and professional-grade storage, ongoing monitoring and verification, encryption against loss and cyber threats, and fast retrieval when it actually counts.

A recovery fee applies. It keeps the system running, and your files preserved, when in many cases they would otherwise be lost for good.
