Everyone thinks they know what they look like. They don't. A portrait, done properly, doesn't confirm the version you've rehearsed in the mirror, it finds the one you weren't expecting. After nearly thirty years of pointing a camera at faces, I've photographed models, musicians, actors, executives, couples, strangers, and the occasional person who swore they were unphotogenic. Nobody is unphotogenic. They're just rarely seen clearly.
Our portrait work spans studio and outdoor, above water and below it, still and in motion. The gallery here runs to over 400 images and across the full range of subjects.
