You don't hunt moments, you wait for them. You read light, gestures, tensions, and you decide when it's worth raising the camera. Most of the time, it isn't.
This workshop is about learning to see before you shoot, to respect people and situations, and to understand why some images work long after the moment has passed.
Topics covered may include approaching people in public spaces, understanding distance and respect, and working ethically with both familiar and unfamiliar subjects.
Depending on the context, we explore street photography across cities and rural environments, public events, concerts, carnivals, and everyday life, always favoring spontaneous situations over staged ones.
The workshop also addresses working while traveling, adapting to foreign cultures, and reading situations quickly, learning when to photograph and when not to.
