EFFIWASTE
Effiwaste builds the technology that helps professional kitchens see, measure, and stop wasting food. Touchscreens by the bin. Real-time data on the line. A dashboard that turns yesterday's losses into tomorrow's menu. We were brought in to produce both photo and video coverage of the whole thing as one coherent story, shot over several weeks across three different hotels: the team behind the product, the product in use, and the chefs and operators who actually live with it shift after shift.
The work moves between three registers. Corporate portraits of the people behind the company, shot to feel like people rather than press releases. The system itself in its working environment: kitchens, buffets, the moment a chef taps a screen between plates. And the data itself, on screens, in hands, the part of the operation that usually stays invisible. The brief was to make sustainability look like what it actually is in 2026: a piece of well-designed technology, used by serious people, in the middle of real work, across real properties.
