ECCO manufactures the structural foam panels that go inside the walls of high-rise buildings, the kind of product almost no one sees and almost everyone lives or works behind. We were brought into the factory to photograph the production line in full, from raw polystyrene beads to finished panels ready to ship to construction sites.

The gallery follows the process end to end. Control panels lit up in the dark. Operators reading the machines they have read a thousand times. Beads the size of sugar grains expanding into blocks. Wire mesh bending and welding into the steel skeleton that gives each panel its strength. Cutting, stacking, labelling. Repetition, texture, and mechanical rhythm are the real subjects here. An invisible product, photographed at the scale and detail it deserves.
